The
Buyer
If your chosen agent or vendor provides
you with a floorplan, it can help you enormously in deciding
if a property is worth viewing. The ability to view accurately
the layout and size of a property can avoid so much wasted
time. The property may have the correct number of rooms,
but if the layout is wrong it may not suit your needs.
A floorplan can also help in any potential changes you
may have in mind, such as en-suite bathrooms, extensions
and the like. If your agent has not provided a floorplan,
ask them for one. Purchasing a property can take a lot
of organizing especially if you are based outside the
area you are potentially moving to. It is even more important
to choose the most suitable properties to view and to
do this you need to be provided with as much accurate
information as possible.
Once you have viewed a property, floorplans
make it easy to remember the property, especially if you
have returned home making further viewings difficult.
